A couple years ago I was searching for a good mechanic to service my Jeep. Because I use my Jeep for business, that's very important. Well...I found 2; brothers Mark and Mike Dante at Dante Auto at the corner of 9th and Ohio. The brothers are easy to work with, excellent mechanics and honest! Knowing that my Jeep is my office, in case of emergency, they have my back. Also if you're looking for a solid used vehicle, they have a wide range of reasonably priced cars and trucks on thier lot. Go see Mike or Mark and tell them Tom sent you.

Came in with a strut issue and the guys had me up and running within 30 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for their knowledge and service to get back on the road again.

Used Dante as he was highly recommended by all my friends and coworkers at the Chalice, very quick and affordable service for regular maintenance! Had an emergency car issue with my car not starting during finals week, got it towed to Dante’s and his team got me set and on my way! Very understanding and affordable, luckily the part wasn’t a huge ordeal either! Highly recommend this auto service for any mechanical need!!

Ive gone here twice when I’ve been worried about my cars function & both times they listened to my concerns, throughly looked at my vehicle & explained issues or non issues I had concerns about. First time I had to replace a part & they were very reasonably priced & did not try to overcharge/add on unnecessary items. Second time they looked over/drove my car & heard my concerns & reassured me nothing needed to be replaced at this time, which I really needed to hear. If you need an honest opinion without an outrageous price tag they are the place to should go.

On a Saturday morning as I began my road trip back home on the other side of the state, my truck all of a sudden started to lose oil pressure. I stopped along the interstate and checked my oil, which was good. I restarted my truck,oil pressure rose back up, so I continued. As I approached Oshkosh it dropped off again. I pulled off again. A friend of mine suggested Dante auto and called them for me. I arrived and explained what was happening. They were able to diagnose that it was most likely a plugged oil sending unit and filter. They were able to repair it in a short time and send me on my way. All I can say is thank you very much for helping me get back on the road home.

Dante is great! We purchased a vehicle, and had to bring it in a few times for repairs(covered under warranty) and then within a month the engine literally blew and the vehicle was junk, they went above and beyond and hooked us up with a newer car and we only had to pay a few thousand extra, and this new vehicle also comes with warranty They care about their customers, I highly recommend Dante if searching for a used vehicle!

Extremely professional in their knowledge of automobiles. Even though they were very busy my wife and i were given time at our convenience to help us choose one of 4 vehicles that fit our criteria. Pricing is very fair. All 3 we worked with were very experienced, helpful and friendly. I recommend stopping here first to set a high bar should you desire to look elsewhere. Worth the hour drive!
